What It Does
Community Booster deploys a set of persona-based accounts into your Telegram, Discord, or X communities. These personas chat, react, and nudge conversation forward during quiet periods, welcome new members organically, and help steer sentiment when a thread turns negative or confused — all in a way that reads as community members, not bots.
The official OORT account never speaks inside the group. Booster personas carry that role instead, so the brand account stays reserved for verified, authoritative communication.
How It Works
Persona assignment — each deployed instance is given a name and voice at random from a rotating pool. Names are not mapped to fixed roles or permanent identities, and the same persona name may be reused across different instances over time.
Read the room — Booster monitors channel activity and engagement dips, and steps in with contextually relevant, natural-sounding messages rather than generic filler.
Sentiment-aware — when conversation trends negative, confused, or off-narrative, Booster personas engage supportively to help re-center the discussion, without overriding or contradicting official statements.
Silent by design — Booster's involvement is not flagged to the community; it's built to feel like organic peer participation.
Boundaries
Never issues official announcements, price/token claims, or support answers — those stay with the Announcement Center and 24/7 Community Q&A modules.
Never fabricates project information; if a topic requires factual grounding, Booster defers to verified sources the same way the Q&A module does.
Works alongside Safety & Moderation but does not itself remove content — moderation stays a separate, dedicated function.
Relationship to Other AION Modules
Community Booster is one part of the broader AI Community Manager system, sitting alongside Announcement Center, 24/7 Community Q&A, and Safety & Moderation. Together they cover the full community operations loop — publishing, answering, moderating, and now, keeping the room warm.
